Jeffrey Allan Lawrence

Mr. Jeffrey Allan Lawrence, 29, of Charlotte, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 15, 2006, at Huntersville Oaks. Mr. Lawrence was born December 5, 1976, in Forsyth County. He was an avid Tarheel and Panther fan. He was a student at Surry Community College and loved spending time with his family. Jeff leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother and stepfather, Yvonne and John Edwards of Mount Airy; a loving and devoted brother, Michael R. Lawrence of Charlotte; his paternal grandfather, Roy Lawrence of Matthews; his maternal grandparents, Marvin and Irene White of Mount Airy; uncles, Gary White (Linda) of Bassett, VA, Clark White (Joan) of Dobson, Stan White (Gloria) of Mount Airy, and John Lawrence (Terri) of Wilmington; aunt, Barbara Martin of Charlotte; cousins, Nikki Lawrence of Wilmington, Sunnie Ragan of Charlotte, and Cindy (Mike) Summers of Charlotte and their beautiful girls whom Jeff loved so dearly, Savannah, Alexa, Madison, Stephanie (Jonathon), Etheridge and their beautiful children, Breeanna and Carson whom Jeff really loved dearly. Jeff was preceded in death by his loving father, Danny R. Lawrence, who died October 25, 2006, unexpectedly; grandmother, Jerene "Jerry" Lawrence; grandmother, Jeannean White; and uncle, Ricky Dean White. Jeff will be missed so much by his families. He had such a big heart and loved his family so much. A special thanks to his friends, Jarrod and Gina Morton, who visited and Julie Garr. A memorial service will be conducted Sunday, November 19, 2006, at 3:00 PM at Family Fellowship Chapel, conducted by Pastor Mike Shelton. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 PM at the church and at other times at the home of his parents, 133 Mystery Lane, Mount Airy. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jeff's memory to My Father's House, 3508 Zephyr Road, Elkin, NC 28621, or Levine Children's Hospital, 1000 Blythe Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28203. Jeff fought a difficult battle until the very end, but the victory is his. Moody Funeral Home is assisting the Lawrence family.
