Jerilene Webb Johnson

Mrs. Jerilene Webb Johnson, 93, of Lowgap went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born in Pulaski County on May 16, 1928, to the late Roy and Zora Quesenberry Webb.  Mrs. Johnson retired from the Surry County Tax office and was a faithful member of Roaring Gap Baptist Church for over 60 years.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother who will be dearly missed.  She is survived by a daughter, Carol Johnson Ford; a son-in-law, Ronald Dean; grandchildren, Lisa and Mike Johnson, Erica and Nick Golding, Amanda Holder; five great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; a sister and brother-in-law, Dontha and Don Williams; nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lewis Johnson; daughters and son-in-law, Brenda and Danny Holder, and Chime Johnson Dean; brothers and sister-in-law, Roland and Virginia Webb, and Lauren Webb.  A funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Roaring Gap Baptist Church in Lowgap, NC with the Rev. Joe Atkins officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at Roaring Gap Baptist Church.  Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
