Mr. Jerry Lee Dickerson, age 63, of Mt. Airy, NC passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at the Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home, in Dobson, NC.  He was born in Surry County, on August 8, 1958, to the late Garney Dickerson, and the late Catherine Holloway Dickerson.  Surviving is his wife, Betty Jean Holbrook “Ann” Dickerson; daughters, Elizabeth Ladd and Darrell McGee, Lisa Draughn; grandchildren, Chris and Kelly Wright, Josh Wright, Travis and Denise Wright, Kaylee Akers, Emily Akers, Sierra Akers, Trent Blevins; great-grandchildren, Gohan Wright, Dillon Wright, Kay wright Mary Wright, Morgan Wright, Levi Wright; sisters, Norma Jean Richardson, Rita Mayes; one special nice and two nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Ray Dickerson.  The family will be holding a church conducted Memorial Service at Laurel Bluff Baptist Church on Saturday February 5^th, 2022, at 1:00 PM, with Rev. Ethan Byrd officiating.  The family is receiving friends at the Church from 1:00 PM until the time of his service at 2:00 PM, and at other times at the home of his sister Norma Jean Richardson.

There will be no formal services held at Moody-Davis Funeral Home.
