Jesse James Gwyn

Mr. Jesse James Gwyn passed away Saturday, June 23, 2007 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Mr. Gwyn was born in Carroll County VA, October 21, 1943 to John W. and Dora Hassie Gwyn Gwyn. He had been employed for many years at Patterson Toyota. He is survived by Wanda Bobbitt Gwyn of the home; daughters, Barbara Levesque of Mt. Airy, Margaret Combs of St. Lucie FL; eight grandchildren, Christy Levesque, Cain Levesque, Ray Simmons, Angel McNeal, Jessica Combs, Mark Combs, Savannah Brown, Amanda Brown; four great grandchildren, Rebel, Logan, Mattie and Ray, Jr; one sister, Thelma McBride; three brothers, Bobby, J.W. and Clinton Gwyn. Mr. Gwyn was preceded in death by a sister, Lannie Gwyn and a brother, Roger Gwyn. A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Monday June 25, 2007 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Airy.
