Jesus David Luna Ortiz

Mr. Jesus David Luna Ortiz, 22, passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022, as a result of a car accident in Raleigh, NC. He was born in Mexico City, Mexico on July 7, 1999. Jesus is survived by his parents, Yara Luna Osorno and Salomon Ortiz-Hernandez, his siblings, William, Valeria and Lupita. Jesus was a 2018, graduate of Mt. Airy High School where he was a member of the soccer and wrestling teams. He was employed by Modern Mechanical of Raleigh, NC. Services for Jesus will be held Saturday, January 8, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Divine Redeemer Catholic Church, 209 Lon Ave., Boonville, NC. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 9:00 until 11:00 AM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy.
