John Rorrer

Mr. John Cephus Rorrer, Jr, age 55 of Stuart, Virginia passed away at his home on Monday, May 24, 2021.  He was born in Patrick County on April 27, 1966.  He was preceded in death by one brother, Curtis Martin. John was known for his willingness to help anyone he could and will be remembered for being a loving husband, caring stepfather, and devoted papa. Mr. Rorrer is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl Smart Rorrer; six stepchildren, Mikey Blevins, Heather Sizemore, Scott Wingfield, Daniel Black, Jonathan Black, and Billy Black; five grandchildren, Robin Wingfield, Garrett Lee Cline, Emma Maes, Beth Sizemore, and Brantley Sizemore; his father, John “J.D.” Cephus Rorrer; his mother, Nancy Martin Strothers; one brother, Carlis Martin and several nieces and nephews.
