Johnnie Mae Collins Vogler Folwell

Mrs. Johnnie Mae Collins Vogler Folwell, 96, of Kernersville passed away Sunday, June 16, 2013 at the Walnut Cove Healthcare Center. She was born in Surry County on August 9, 1916 to the late Warren William and Rachel Anne Green Collins. Mrs. Folwell was a homemaker and a member of Green Valley Baptist Church in Walkertown. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Jackson Folwell of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, June and Al Rickett of Duncan, SC, Judy and Howell Jackson of Winston Salem; eight grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Folwell was preceded in death by her first husband, Bert Vogler; a granddaughter, Suzanne Rickett; five sisters, and five brothers. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Dunn and Rev. Garland Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Indian Grove Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00 until time of the service at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy.
