Johnny Michael Mitchell

Mr. Johnny Michael Mitchell, age 59, of Logun Road, State Road, NC passed away on Monday October 15, 2007 at his home. He was born in Surry County on April 16, 1948 to the late Warren E. Mitchell and to Dorothy Davis Mitchell. He was a Retired Dealership Manager. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law Chris and Angela Mitchell of Dobson; three grandchildren Kayty Mitchell, Caleb Mitchell, and Dylan Mitchell; his mother Dorothy Davis Mitchell of Dobson; two sisters and brothers-in-law Sandra and David Martin of Stanley, NC, Sharon and Ricky Adkins of Winston Salem, NC; one brother and sister-in-law Davis "Dink" and Karen Mitchell of Troutman, NC. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at New Hope Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Church Cemetery. Rev. Trent Lyons will officiate the service. The family will receive friends on Wednesday 12:00 noon until time of the service at New Hope Baptist Church.
