Josefina Muñoz-Jiménez

Mrs. Josefina -Jiménez, 53, of Mount Airy passed away Thursday, December 30, 2021, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem. She was born in Bexar County, Texas on December 10, 1968, to the late Jose Jiménez and Maria Cervantes. Mrs. Muñoz was loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her. Mrs. Muñoz is survived by her husband, Roberto Muñoz; two daughters, Alena Josefina Muñoz, Angelica Tyler Jo Jiménez; son, Alex Robert Muñoz; grandchildren, David Emiliano Rodriguez-Muñoz, Mylo Phillip Barajas-Jiménez, Lailah Rolette Barajas-Jiménez; four brothers, Richard Jiménez, Vincente Jiménez, Louis Jiménez, and Jesse Jiménez. Mrs. Muñoz was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at11:00 AM in the Moody Funeral Home Chapel with the Father Jude Sengo officiating. The family will receive friends 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
