Joshua Lane Montgomery

Baby Joshua Lane Montgomery entered into the precious hands of our loving Savior on Saturday morning, February 7, 2009. Born in Roanoke, VA, Joshua was the son of Justin Aaron Montgomery and Adreanna Paige Bowman. In addition to his loving parents, Joshua is survived by his grandparents, Charlotte Darlene Greene of Mount Airy, Rexford Bowman and Phyllis Montgomery, both of Meadows of Dan, VA, and Jeffrey Montgomery of Clifton, TN; two aunts, Christa Bowman and Alexandria Phillips, both of Meadows of Dan, VA; great-grandparents, Junior and Thelma Lawson of Mount Airy, Charles and Ola Mae Bowman and Myron John and Annie Mae Boyd, all of Meadows of Dan, VA, and Gerald and Carol Montgomery of Woodlawn, VA; and several great aunts and uncles. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 10, 2009, at 11:00 AM at Reed Island Springs Baptist Church in Meadows of Dan, VA, with the Rev. Nathan Montgomery and the Rev. Rickey Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the Terry Barnard Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Reed Island Springs Baptist Church, and other times at 1765 Holly Springs Road in Mount Airy. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
