Judith Ann Bowman Anderson

Mrs. Judith Ann Bowman Anderson, 56, of 4971 Claudville Highway, Claudville, VA, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2008, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Mrs. Anderson was born August 25, 1951, in Spotsylvania County, VA, to Pate Eugene and Lois "Ergie" Nunn Bowman. She was a homemaker and a member of Dry Pond Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband, Philip Lee Anderson of the home; two daughters and a son-in-law, Misty Anderson Smith and Christy and Daniel Gray, all of Claudville, VA; two grandchildren, Payton Smith and Chase Smith, both of Claudville, VA; her parents, Pate Eugene and Lois "Ergie" Nunn Bowman of Claudville, VA; a sister and brother-in-law, Beatrice and Trenton Spence of Claudville, VA, two brothers and sisters-in-law, R.C. and Bonnie Bowman, Johnny Bowman, and Rita Bowman, all of Claudville, VA; and special friends, David Truitt, Rachel Love, Betty Bowman, and Debbie Marion, all of Claudville, VA. Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by a brother, Buddy Ray Bowman. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 16, 2008, at 2:00 PM at Dry Pond Church of Christ. The service will be conducted by the Rev. James A. Percival, and burial will follow in the church cemetery.
