Judy "Dah" Ayers Morris

Mrs. Judy “Dah” Ayers Morris, age 66 of Lowgap, NC, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday morning April 10, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Baltimore, MD on March 16, 1959, to the late Roy and Ann Viars Ayers. She was owner/operator of Morris’ Garage for many years. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Holly Ann Morris and Wendy Lee Bondurant; 5 grandchildren; Tiffany and “Patrick” Ellis, Justin and Haylie Morris, Kevin Morris, Billy Joe Robertson, Jr., and Kellie and Wayne Snow; 5 great grandchildren, Cory, Kase, and Karter Morris, and Elsie and Memphis Snow; sister, Christine Ayers; a very special friend, Christy Gammons; and several other family and friends. In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her husband of 31 years, Kenneth Edward “Pa” Morris; son, Clayton “Squeaky” McCormick; sisters, Donna Jean Ayers Harrell and Frances Cockerham; and by two brothers, Obie Lee Ayers and Albert Ayers. There are no formal services planned for Dah at this time. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
