Julio Sanchez

Mr. Julio Sanchez, age 78, of Elkin, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2020, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.  He was born April 12, 1942 in Mexico to Miguel Sanchez and Soledad Inda. He is survived by his loving wife, Maria de la Luz Rivas; daughter and son-in-law, Leticia Sanchez and Jose Garcia; sons and daughters-in-law, Miguel Sanchez and  Isabel Fregoso, Carlos Sanchez and Felipa Cisneros, Ernesto Sanchez and Gabriela Rodriguez, Julio Sanchez and Angeles Aguilar, Vidal Sanchez and Griscelda Balcazar and Luis Sanchez and Annie Sanchez; twenty-two grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law; Esperanza Sanchez and Roberto and Maria de la Luz Sanchez and Gildardo; and brother, Eligio Sanchez. Mr. Sanchez will be taken to Divine Redeemer Catholic Church in Boonville at 8:30 pm Friday night to lie in state until time of the service at 8:00 am, Saturday, November 14, 2020.  Father Enrique Gonzalez will conduct the Funeral Mass. Moody-Davis Funeral Service in Dobson is serving the Sanchez family.
