Kathy Sue Gery

Miss Kathy Sue Gery, 63, of Mt. Airy passed away peacefully at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home on March 12, 2022.  She was born in New Jersey July 29, 1958, to the late John M Gery, Jr. and Nellie Faye Thomas Gery.  She is survived by her brother J.C. Gery; a niece Crystal Gery; devoted friends, Teresa Pell, and Cindy Allen; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, at Skyline Memory Gardens, Friday, March 18, 2022, with Pastor Ernest Brown officiating.  Family and friends will gather at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy on Friday from 12:30 PM until the time to leave for the service.  In lieu of flowers, Kathy had requested that memorial contributions be made to Epilepsy Institute of NC, 128 Peachtree Lane, Suite C, Advance, NC 27006.  Online condolences may be made at www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
