Kenneth Doss

Mr. Kenneth Bernard “Bud” Doss, 65 of Mount Airy, passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2021, at his home. Mr. Doss was born on June 28, 1955, in Surry County to late Clifford and Lila Duncan Doss.  Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Deborah Dianne Haley Doss; one daughter, Maggie Beth Doss; one stepson, Jayson Vaden; two step-grandchildren, Luke Vaden and London Vaden; two sister, Joan Crotts and Evelyn “Ebbie” Doss Parker; a special uncle, Jack Duncan and Bridgett; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Doss was preceded in death by three sisters, Helen Smith Worrell, Louise Harrell, Joyce Doss Hawks. A graveside prayer will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2021, 7:00 PM in the White Plains Baptist Church Cemetery, everyone is welcome.  Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.   To send flowers to Kenneth's family, please visit our floral store.
