Mr. Kenneth Wayne Hall, 60, of 1090 Oakview Drive, Tobaccoville, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2006, at his home. Mr. Hall was born July 22, 1946, in Surry County, to the late Charlie Bryant Hall and Alma Eva Harrell Hall. Mr. Hall served our country in the United States Army during the Vietnam era. He was employed by Tyco Electronics and a member of Pinnacle Baptist Church. He was a dedicated father, and he cherished his grandchildren with all his heart. His love was felt by many. He was a man that loved God, his family, and was respected by everyone who knew him. We, as his children, were blessed by his knowledge and wisdom. We love you, Dad. He is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Melissa and Mark Gibson of Rural Hall and Robin Hall of Chapel Hill; a son and daughter-in-law, Kerry and Amber Hall of King; four grandchildren, Bryant Gibson and Ashley Gibson, both of Rural Hall, and Olivia Hall and Riley Hall, both of King; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Randall and Lena Hall of Pinnacle, and Jimmy and Nairani Hall and Steven and Shirley Hall, all of King; and the mother of his children, Glenda Hall of Walkertown. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2006, at 11:00 AM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy. The service will be conducted by Pastor Rick Hudson and Anthony Hall, and burial will follow in the Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will receive friends Monday from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy. Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be sent to Melissa Gibson, 9463 Helsabeck Road, Rural Hall, NC 27045, so that a trust fund can be established for Mr. Hall's grandchildren.
