Kenneth Jack Holt

            Mr. Kenneth “Jack” Holt, age 72 of Claudville, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018, at SECU Hospice Center in Yadkinville, North Carolina.  He was born in Patrick County on July 10, 1945, to the late Harvey and Virginia Lawson Holt.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Holt was preceded in death by two brothers, Henry and Benny Holt. 

            Mr. Holt is survived by two granddaughters, Jessica Hutchens and Lacey Harbour; four sisters, Ann Holt and Barbara Brown, both of Claudville, Mildred Collins of Stuart, Audrey Pendleton and husband, Delano of Stuart; six brothers, Roger Holt and wife, Debra of Stuart, Randy Holt of Mount Airy, North Carolina, Claude Holt of Claudville, James Holt and wife, Regina of Westfield, North Carolina, William Holt and wife, Karen of Claudville, Leonard Holt of Stuart; and numerous nieces and nephews.

            Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Stuart Mauck officiating.  Burial will follow in Creasey’s Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.  If desired, memorials may be made to the Kenneth “Jack” Holt Memorial Fund, c/o Moody Funeral Home, P.O.
