Kennith Allan Murray

Mr. Kennith Allan Murray, 61, of Winston-Salem, NC, passed away at his home on Tuesday January 3, 2023.  He was born in Surry County, September 5, 1961, to the late Charles Henry Murray and Helen Frances Tolbert Murray Vipperman.  Mr. Murray was employed as a machinist for Lydall.  He will be dearly remembered by his siblings, Frances Kay East, Kathy and Rodney Gunter, Judy Murray, Debbie Brackins, Charles Murray, Jr., Billy and Helen Murray, and Kyle and Donna Murray; and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Murray was preceded in death by the love of his life, Curley Hawkins; a brother, Lyle Kent Murray; and his stepfather, William Claude Vipperman.  Celebration of Life on Thursday January 12, 2023, at 2:00PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy with The Rev. Jim Vipperman officiating.  The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12:00 – 2:00PM at the funeral home.
