Kevin G. Day

          Kevin Graham Day, age 43, of Roanoke and formerly of Stuart, passed away Friday, December 21, 2018 at his home.  He was born in Roanoke on October 15, 1975 to Robert Joe Day, Jr. and June Graham Day of Patrick Springs.  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Rev. Robert Joe Day, Sr. and Mary Ellen Stewart Day; his maternal grandfather, Roy Lee Graham; and an infant brother, Christopher Mark Day.  Kevin had worked for 23 years at Eastman and attended church in Roanoke.  He enjoyed reading and playing video games with his son until really late at night.  He was the greatest father, son, and brother and loved his family tremendously.

          Surviving in addition to his parents are two children, Mark Graham Day of Stuart, Emma Grace Hendricks of Roanoke; his fiancé, Carolyn Hendricks of Roanoke; a step-daughter, Izzy Hendricks of Roanoke; a brother and sister-in-law, Matthew Robert and Michelle Day of Stuart; two nieces, Hannah Day, Haley Day; and his maternal grandmother, Dorris Graham of Patrick Springs.

          Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Revs. Rick Anderson and Michael Day officiating.  Burial will follow in the Adams Family Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12:30 until the time of the service at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be sent to www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
