Lacey Grace Longworth, age 2, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2016, at her home. She was born July 7, 2013, in Forsyth County.
She is survived by her parents, Jerry and Deena Longworth of Elkin; grandparents Ronald and Mary McMillian and Betty and Roy Cox; sisters and brothers-in-law, Allison and Brandon Coates, Nicole and Wesley Wendorf and Katelyn Longworth; brothers Jonathan (J.J.) Longworth and Daniel Matthews; special friends, Amanda Turman, Adriana Marshall, Brandy Wilkins, Wendy Harmon, Josh Corder, Ruth Towe, Mike Lineback and Kristy Preston.
Visitation will Friday, February 5, 2016 from 5-8 PM at Moody Davis Funeral Service in Dobson. The funeral will be 11:00 AM Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Gum Orchard Baptist Church with Reverend Joe Lambert, Reverend Gary Anderson and Reverend Terry Longworth officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Moody-Davis Funeral Service, PO Box 295, Dobson, NC 27017 to help with final expenses.
