Larry James Marshall

Mr. Larry James Marshall, 55, of Mount Airy, passed away Saturday morning, November 6, 2010. Mr. Marshall was born May 7, 1955, in Surry County, to the late James William and Daisy Collins Marshall. He was a member of Pine Ridge Baptist Church. He is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Michael Spencer of Mount Airy; three nieces, Michelle Felts and her husband, Scotty, and Melissa Johnson, all of Mount Airy, and Melinda Poole of Lowgap; two great nieces, Miranda Poole of Lowgap and Morgan Johnson of Mount Airy; and a great nephew, Harley Felts of Mount Airy. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 9, 2010, at 11:00 AM at Pine Ridge Baptist Church, with the Rev. Johnny Johnson and Dr. Rick Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Pine Ridge Baptist Church.
