Larry Henry Wall

Mr. Larry H. Wall, 71, of Pilot Mountain passed away January 10, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center.  He was born May 12, 1947 to the late James Corbett Wall, Jr. and Barbara Pardue Wall.  He was employed as a bus driver for Surry County Schools, dedicating over 40 years of his life to a job he truly loved.  Mr. Wall is survived by his wife, Verna G. Wall; daughters and sons-in-law, Susan Mason and Tim Mason, Kathy Butcher and Mike Fishel; son and daughter-in-law, David Wall and Lauren Wall; grandchildren, Nicole Carter, Megan Schuh, Holly Mason, Jaxson Wall, Jayden Wall; sisters and a brother-in-law, Brenda Lyon and Ronnie Lyon, Pat McCann, Linda Carter, Debbie Wall; brother and sister-in-law, Donald Wall and Brenda Wall.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Wall was preceded in death by a grandchild Anthony D. Schuh.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Mason officiating.  Interment will follow at Skyline Memory Gardens Mausoleum.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.  Due to interment in the mausoleum, the family has requested in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be given to Mrs. Wall.  Online condolences may be made at www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
