Leslie Shelton Atkins

Ms. Leslie Shelton Atkins, age 42, of Dobson, NC passed away on March 4, 2022.  She was born in Forsyth County, NC on December 9, 1979, to Joan Wolfe Young and to the late Ricky Shelton.  Surviving is her son, Camden Atkins and fiance, Maddison Widener; granddaughter, Cambrie Atkins; mother and stepdad, Joan Wolfe Young and James Young: brother, Jody Shelton and Tonya Shelton: sisters and brother-in-law, Sundi and Bubba McGee, Amy Shelton; grandmothers, Geneva Wolfe, Betty Shelton; aunts, Darlene Wolfe, Vickie and her husband John Ruszkowski; uncle, Dwayne Shelton; nieces and nephews, Chase Shelton and fiance, Allie Snow and their daughters, Addilyn and Lily, Bryson Shelton, Eben Shelton, Chloe Guerra, Lily Guerra, Bailey Atkins, Hayden Guerra, Kelsie McGee and fiance, Stephen Baldwin; sister-in-law, Freedom and Kerry Horton.  A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 8, 2022, in the cemetery of Sulphur Springs Baptist Church, 2552 Old US 52 S., Pilot Mountain, NC 27041.  The family will receive friends at Moody-Davis Funeral Home on Tuesday March 8, 2022, from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM then will proceed to the cemetery.
