Lester Marlin Moyer

Mr. Lester Marlin Moyer, 86, of Mt. Airy, passed away Saturday June 9, 2007 at Elkin Healthcare. He was born in Schykill, PA. on March 13, 1921 to the late Harry and Sarah Moyer. Mr. Moyer was retired from General Motors and was of the Presbyterian faith. He is survived by his wife, Joan Coleman of PA.; a daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Gary Vance of Mt. Airy; a son, Ray Moyer of PA.; two grandchildren, Erica Harris of Atlanta GA. and Christopher Harris of Tampa Bay, FL; four great grandchildren, Kaya Harris, Abigale Harris, Catherine Harris and Aelan Harris; a sister-in-law, Elsie Moyer of Tremont, PA and a special friend, Pamela Meyer of NJ. A celebration of Mr. Moyer's life will be held by the family on Wednesday evening at North Main Church of Christ in Mt. Airy, Moody-Davis Funeral Home of Dobson is assisting the Moyer family.
