Lewis Harvey Franklin

Mr. Lewis Harvey Franklin, 56, of Mt. Airy passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, August 7, 2019.  He was born in Surry County June 20, 1963 to the late Mary Easter Franklin and Shade M. Franklin.  He is survived by his daughters and son-in-law, Sheena and Lee Clifton, and Shasta Franklin; grandchildren, Madeline Clifton and Levi Holder; sisters and brother-in-law, Barbara Money, Frances Pruitt and Sherri and Freddie Lyons; several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Franklin was preceded in death by a sister Sandra Hiatt.  A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, August 11, 2019 at Oak Ridge Baptist Church with Rev.
