Linda Stegall Perry, 73, died on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at her home. She was born in Warren County, NC to the late John Weldon and Lina Olivia Bobbitt Stegall. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Betty Stegall Foley and Annie Lee Stegall Gray; her infant brother, John W. Stegall, Jr.; brothers-in-law, Bill Perry and Warren Perry; and sisters-in-law, Betty Campbell and Liz Stegall.

Linda was a Banking Officer at the former People’s Bank & Trust, RBC Centura and Southern Bank, she was on the Norlina Economic Development Commission and the Norlina Historical Museum Committee

Rev. Adolph Smith will conduct a celebration of Linda’s life at 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 14th at the Norlina United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the Warren Dale Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Robert Darrell Perry, Sr.; her sons, Robert Darrell “Dee” Perry, Jr. and wife, Terry, and Bryan Lee Perry and wife, Anita; her brother, Larry Stegall and wife, Pat; grandchildren, Brandon, Blake and Christine; sisters-in-law, Judy Osbourne and husband, Ron, Nina Perry and Dot Perry; brother-in-law, John Campbell; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and caregivers.

The family asks that any memorials be directed to the Warren Dale Cemetery Fund, c/o Lou Stultz, PO Box 313, Norlina, NC 27563 or to the Ronald McDonald House, 506 Alexander Avenue, Durham, NC 27705.

The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 pm on Tuesday, December 13th at Blaylock Funeral Home in Warrenton.
