Lois Pearson English

Mrs. Lois Pearson English, age 87 of Mt. Airy passed away May 18, 2007 at Twelve Oaks Rest Home. Mrs. English was born in Wake Forest, NC May 2, 1920 to the late Howard Henry and Geneva Marshall Pearson. Mrs. English was retired from First Citizens Bank and attended First Presbyterian Church in Mt. Airy. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Kristie and Scott Graham of Mt. Airy; a son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Jean English of Charlotte; grandchildren and spouses, Jason and Kim English, Luke and Ashley Graham, Sara and Mar Key; one great grandson and highlight of her life, Ryan Graham. In addition to her parents, Mrs. English was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas H. "Tom" English, Sr.; a sister, Dorothy Pruitt and a brother, H.H. Pearson. A graveside service will be conducted Sunday, May 20, 2007 at 3:30 PM at Forestville Baptist Church Cemetery in Wake Forest, NC by Jason English. The family will receive friends at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Kristie and Scott Graham, 316 Grace St, Mt. Airy. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, 401 Technology Lane, Suite 200, Mt. Airy, NC 27030. Moody Funeral Home in Mt.
