Mrs. Louise Wall Hutchens, age 81, formally of Siloam, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2021.She was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church and dedicated her life to taking care of her children and others. She loved the Lord and her only wish was that others would come to know Christ as their savior. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Ray Hutchens; parents Ellis and Metta Doss Wall; brothers, James “Toots” Wall, Billy Greene Wall and George Allen Wall; and sister, Bonnie Wall Poindexter. She is survived by her daughter, Kim Hutchens of Boonville; son, Rodney Hutchens and wife, Raynette of Siloam. Grandchildren, Brittany Brown and husband Jeff, Blake Pierce and wife, Amber; special grandchildren, Sammy Hutchens and Emma Hutchens; brother, Jerry “Shorty” Wall and wife, Lois; sister and friend, Katherine Wall Atkins; several nieces and nephews; special nieces, Misty Atkins Noah and Angie Atkins Pierce; and eight great grandchildren who were very special to her. Visitation will be Sunday, February 7, 2021 from 2-3:00 P.M. at Poplar Springs Baptist Church in Siloam. A graveside service will follow at 3:00 P.M. in the church cemetery with Pastor Mickey Brooks, Pastor Curtis  Ponder,  Pastor Danny Poindexter, Pastor Keith Jones, and honorary Pastor Don Stanley. Pallbearers will be Blake Pierce, Sammy Hutchens, Shannon Atkins, Cody Cave, Jeff Brown and Stacy Noah. Honorary pallbearers will be Kayden Brown, Dakota Pierce and Grayson Campbell. Special thanks to her granddaughter, Brittany Brown who loved and cared for her in her final days, Mountain Valley Hospice and her nurse Angel Calhoun; and a special CNA from Pruitt, Earline Smith. The family will receive friends at other times at the son’s residence in Siloam, and the granddaughter’s house in State Road. Moody-Davis Funeral Service in Dobson is serving the Hutchens family. Following current guidelines, please wear a mask and follow social distancing practices.
