Lutricia Lynn (Cockerham) Warnick

Ms. Lutricia Lynn Cockerham Warnick, age 69, of Mount Airy passed away on Tuesday morning, July 30, 2024, at Surry Community Health and Rehabilitation Center in Mount Airy. Ms. Warnick was born February 16, 1955, in Surry County to the late Lee Roscoe and Lula McCormick Cockerham. Lutricia was a loving mother, sister, and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Surviving is her son, Jeremy Scott Holt; sisters, Brenda Cockerham Ring, Rita Cockerham Bowman; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Reverend Doug Cockerham and Sandy, Joe Cockerham and Carolyn; along with many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Ms. Warnick was preceded by a son, Stephen Adair Cockerham Utt; two infant twin brothers, David Michael Cockerham and Daniel Mark Cockerham; two brothers-in-law, Larry Ring, and Samuel Bowman. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Beulah United Methodist Church with Reverend Doug Cockerham officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at Beulah United Methodist Church from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy has been entrusted with the arrangements.
