Mae Pack Holt

Ms. Mae Pack Holt, 92, of Mount Airy, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.  Ms. Holt was born May 21, 1926, in Surry County, one of three children born to the late James “Jim” and Ida Willard Pack.  Mae retired from Cross Creek Apparel after many years of service and was a member of the Christian faith.  She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Betty and William Willard of Westfield; her grandchildren, Pamela and Eddie Padgett of Pilot Mountain, Melissa and Sam Bryant of Mount Airy, and Randy Stevens of Butner; two great-grandchildren; and a brother, Roscoe Pack of Winston-Salem.  In addition to her parents, Ms. Holt was preceded in death by two sons, Hassell Holt and Dean Holt; and a brother, Ray Pack.  A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 23, 2018, at 2:00 PM at Trinity Baptist Church in Westfield.
