Margaret Sutphin

Mrs. Margaret Juanita Sutphin Sutphin, 94, of Raleigh, passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2021.  Mrs. Sutphin was born July 30, 1926, in Surry County, the daughter of the late Albert William and Lizzie Joyce Sutphin.  Margaret retired from Brown-Wooten Hosiery and was a member of Flat Rock Baptist Church.  She is survived by her children of love, Wanda Roberts (Ronald), Chrystal Bridges, and Cory Hardy (Trish); her grandchildren, Katie Bonds-Baker (Bobby), Zachary Bonds (Samantha), Cameron Hardy, and Amanda Harris (Trenise); and her great-grandchildren, Kinsleigh Bonds-Baker, Braden Bonds, and Ayden Harris.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Sutphin was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Nathan Sutphin; and several brothers and sisters.  A private service of worship and celebration of Margaret’s life will be held at Midkiff Cemetery in Mount Airy.  Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
