Margaret Williams

           Mrs. Margaret Hall Williams, age 85 of Elkin, NC, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2019 at her home.  She was born in Patrick County on April 24, 1934 to the late Tucker and Addie Rakes Hall.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three children, Patsy Marshall, Larry Riddle, Carolyn Southard; four brothers; and six sisters.  Margaret loved flowers and making homemade fudge for her grandkids.

          Surviving are her husband of 45 years, Joel “Pat” Williams of Elkin, NC; one daughter, Beverly “Lynn” Riddle of Stuart; a daughter-in-law, Nora Riddle of Elkin, NC; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren and one on the way; and several nieces and nephews.

          Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart.  Burial will follow in the Williams Family Cemetery on Trot Valley Rd.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be sent to www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
