Marie Dorothy Wall Lyons

Ms. Marie Dorothy Wall Lyons, 68, of Round Peak Church Road Lowgap, NC passed away on Sunday August 6, 2006 at Forsyth Medical Center while surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Nash County, NC on December 26, 1937 to the late Walter John and Theresa Dorothy Meyer Wall. She was a retired office manager for Liberty Mold and Duplicating Company and was of the Catholic Faith. Left to cherish her memory are three daughters and sons-in-law Bonnie and J.D. Ayers of Mt. Airy, Barbara and Ken Schroeder of Sedona, Arizona and Anita and Eric Miller of Tulsa, Okla.; two sons Teddy Lyons of Gilbert, Arizona and Eddie Lyons of Lowgap; five grandchildren and spouses Michelle and Joe Moxley of Mt. Airy, J. D. and Amanda Ayers of Mt Airy, Robert Miller of Tulsa Okla., Kellie Miller of Tulsa, Okla. and Kendahl Schroeder of Sedona Az.; four great-grandchildren Hannah Moxley, Austin Moxley, Chandler Ayers and Madison Ayers; two sisters Dolores Barone of Middletown, N.J. and Barbara Smith of Whiting, N.J. In addition to her parents, Ms. Lyons was preceded in death by a brother Raymond Wall. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday August 9, 2006 in the chapel of Moody-Davis Funeral Home of Dobson with Father Eric Kowalski officiating. Burial will follow in the Worrell Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
