Mary Faye Cobb

On Saturday December 14, 2024, Mary Faye Cobb, age 68, of Critz, Virginia left her earth side home to be with the Lord. Mary was born on January 26, 1956, to the late Robert H. Cobb and Eunice Clanton Cobb. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Lucy C. Hunt and one brother, Robert E. Cobb. 

Mary enjoyed worshipping and serving the Lord. She was a member of Gethsemane Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was a former member of the choir, usher board, and a Sunday School teacher. 

Mary is survived by one brother, Harvey M. Cobb; four sisters, Linda C. Hunt (Zeke), Dorothy C. Holmes, Clara C. Penn (Steve) and Gloria C. Penn; one sister-in-law, Rita M. Cobb; one brother-in-law, Walter W. Hunt; one Goddaughter, Mary C. Allen; and a host of nieces and nephews. 

A graveside service for Ms. Cobb will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Mount Nebo Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery with Bishop Gordon Warren officiating. Ms. Cobb will lie in state on Friday, December 20, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart. Online condolences may be made by visiting www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
