Mattie "Pat" Bowman

Mrs. Mattie Lee “Pat” Bowman, age 66 of Mayodan, NC, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at her home.  She was born in Henry County, VA on June 13, 1954 to the late Leonard Luther Agee and Erline Willard Agee.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Bailey Bowman; one sister, Shirley Bullins; and one brother, Junior Agee.          Surviving are three sisters, Mary Ruth (Danny) Westmoreland of Martinsville, Judy (Scotty) Biggs of Mayodan, NC, Betty Jean Lambert of Reidsville, NC; two brothers, Jimmy (Bobbie Sue) Agee of Martinsville, Billy Agee of Eden, NC; and numerous nieces and nephews.          A funeral service will be held Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Pastor Jonathan Goins officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mary Horner Walker Presbyterian Church Cemetery.  Pat will lie in state for friends to come by and pay their respects on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 12 to 5 at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be sent to www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
