Melissa Renee Stowe

        Melissa Renee Stowe, age 42 of Stuart, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2024, as a result of a car accident.  She was born in Patrick County on November 26, 1981.  She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Dallas and Violet Lyon; and her paternal grandparents, Melvin and Marjorie Stowe.   Melissa had a heart of gold and loved her family.

        She is survived by two daughters, Taylor Rorrer, Autumn Stowe both of Stuart; one grandson, Keylen Nowlin of Martinsville; her father, Ricky Stowe; her mother, Betty Jane “B.J.” Stowe; and one sister, Nickie Hodges (Jerry) all of Stuart.
