Melissa Lynn Weaver

Miss Melissa Lynn Weaver age 19 of 2550 Wards Gap Road, Ararat, VA, passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 with her, fiance Mark Edward Hall, Jr. Melissa was born in Fairfax VA on August 23, 1989 daughter of Scott Weaver and the late Phyllis Ann Robertson Weaver, was a graduate of Carroll County High School and was employed at K-Mart in Mount Airy. Surviving are her father, Scott Weaver, of Texas; grandparents, Betty and Parlie Robertson of Ararat, VA and Blair and Sandy Weaver of Helitose, Texas and two brothers, Thatcher Robertson and Sabre Robertson both of Ararat, VA, special aunt, Sallie Amstutz, Fancy Gap, VA, special uncles, and wives, Raymond and Carol Amstutz, Galax, VA, Frank and JoAnn Robertson, Hillsville, VA, Mack Robertson, and Eric Robertson, Ararat, VA. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, October 18, 2008 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel of Mt. Airy conducted by Rev. Jesse Edwards with burial to follow in the Morris Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends 7-9 PM Friday at Moody Funeral Home where her body will remain until the hour of the funeral service.
