Michael Lee Utt

Mr. Michael Lee Utt, 47, of 2692 Wards Gap Road, Mount Airy, passed away Monday, November 12, 2007, at the home of his mother. Mr. Utt was born May 27, 1960, in Scotland County, to Mary Pell Utt and the late Bobby Lee Utt. He was employed at Sara Lee. Survivors include a daughter, Michelle Lynn Utt of Mount Airy; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Joshua Lee and Kelly Utt and Justin Michael Utt, all of Mount Airy; a grandchild, Ava Riley Utt of Mount Airy; his mother, Mary Pell Utt of Mount Airy; and a sister, Sheila Kay Davis of Cana, VA. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, November 14, 2007, at 11:00 AM at Flat Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. The service will be conducted by the Rev. Dennis Bledsoe. The family will receive friends at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy on Wednesday morning from 9:30 until the time to depart for the graveside service.
