Michael James Wallace

Mr. Michael James Wallace, 51, of Pilot Mountain, passed away Friday, January 4, 2008, at his home. Mr. Wallace was born February 17, 1956, in Stokes County, to Vela Mae Boles Hiatt and the late James Cleo Wallace. Surviving are his mother, Vela Mae Hiatt of the home; two sisters, Diane Tilley of Siloam and Penny Suarez of the home; two half-brothers, James Bowman and David Bowman, both of Pilot Mountain; and three nephews, Luis Suarez, Terry Tilley, and Jerry Tilley. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, January 6, 2008, at Copeland Baptist Church Cemetery, conducted by the Rev. Bill Faw. The family will receive friends at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy beginning at 12:30 PM Sunday.
