Minnie Lee Potts Mustin

Mrs. Minnie Lee Potts Mustin age 82 of 108 Cooing Dove Lane, Mt. Airy, NC wife of Mr. James Lindsay Mustin passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at Northern Hospital of Surry. She was born July 22, 1924 in Surry County, NC to the late Tom and MaHaley "Dilly" Smith Potts. She had worked at Wal Mart, was a homemaker and was a member of Community Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, James Lindsay Mustin of the home, a daughter and son-in-law, Reba and Ray Phillips, Olive Branch, MS, three sons and two daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Shirley Mustin, Mt. Airy, NC, Tommy and JoAnn Mustin, Dobson, NC and Lindsay Lee Mustin, Mt. Airy, NC, six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and a sister and brother-in-law, Pearl and Jesse Creed, Mt. Airy, NC. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mustin was preceded in death by a brother, Troy Potts, and four sisters, Mamie Atkins, Gertie Potts, Ollie Key and Carrie Welborn. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, May 25, 2007 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel of Mt. Airy conducted by Rev. Gary Niston and Rev. Joseph Alexander. Burial will follow in Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends 6:30-8:30 PM Thursday at Moody Funeral Home where her body will remain until the hour of the service.
