Miss Gloria Dawn Cansler

Miss Gloria Dawn Cansler, 55, of Mt. Airy passed away Friday, March 16, 2018 at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home. She was born on April 16, 1962 to COL (Ret) Joseph Carr Cansler and the late Elsie Ruth Morrison Cansler. In addition to her father Miss Cansler is survived by her step mother, Phyllis Cansler; brothers Josh (Suzanne) Cansler, and Scarr (Julie) Cansler; step brother, Mark Thompson; and a step sister, Carol Thompson. A graveside memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Oakwood Cemetery in Statesville, NC with the Reverend Terry W. Agner officiating.
