Miss Mildred Ann Gilley

Ms. Mildred Ann Gilley, age 72 of Meadows of Dan, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Pioneer Community Hospital in Stuart. She was born in Patrick County on February 5, 1944 to the late Willis Andrew and Lillian Gilley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Lee Troy Gilley.

Ms. Gilley is survived by four sisters, Lucille Sowers of Bassett, Clovis Martin and husband, Eugene, Ida Helton and husband, Jack, all of Patrick Springs, and Delois Wagoner and husband, Howard Wagoner, Jr. of Sanville; three brothers, James Gilley, Elwood Gilley and wife, Sue, all of Bassett, and Allen Gilley and wife, Deborah Hudson Gilley of Collinsville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
