Miss Amanda Ann Massey

Miss Amanda Ann Massey, age 30 of Stuart, passed away May 23, 2011 in Henry County. She was born in Eden, North Carolina on May 29, 1980. She had attended Bassett High School and Patrick County High School. She attended New Beginnings Baptist Church, and enjoyed fishing with her boys.
Miss Massey is survived by two sons, John Janey and Josh Janey, both of Collinsville; her father, James Massey of Stuart; her mother and step-father, Linda C. and George Galloway of Madison, North Carolina; and two brothers, Thomas D. Massey of Stuart and Jamie D. Massey of Havelock, North Carolina.
A memorial service for Miss Massey will be held Sunday, June 12th, at 3:00 p.m. at New Beginnings Baptist Church with Pastor Mark Wright officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Moody Funeral Home in Stuart is in charge of the arrangements.
