Miss Esther Mae McMillian

Miss Esther Mae McMillian, 86, of Cana, passed away Monday, January 22, 2018 at Laurel Meadows Nursing Home in Laurel Fork, VA. She was born in Carroll County on May 2, 1931 to the late William and Susie Haynes McMillian. Miss McMillian was a member of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church for many years. She is survived by a nephew, Butch and Margaret McMillian; and a special cousin, Etta Conner. In addition to her parents, Miss McMillian was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret McMillian; and a brother, Ernest McMillian. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 26, 2018 at 11am at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday at the church beginning at 10am.
