Mr. Albert Donald Hull

Mr. Albert Donald Hull, age 83, of Cana, VA, passed away Monday, February 19, 2018, at the Woltz Hospice Home. Mr. Hull was born in Carroll County on March 13, 1934, to Coda and Nora Horton Hull. He was retired from Spencer’s Inc. Mr. Hull will be remembered for his ability to fix anything and everything, and especially for his kind heart toward not only his family but anyone he ever met. Among the many who will always cherish his memory are his sons and a daughter-in-law, Ronnie Hull, and Mike and Patty Hull; grandchildren, Darin Hull and wife Angela, Katrina Hull, Kristie Spencer and husband Mark, Dia Hull, John Hull and wife Lindsey, and Matt Hull; fifteen great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild, a sister, Lala Edwards; a brother and sister-in-law, Douglas and Jan Hull; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Hull was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Easter Hull; sisters, Euna Faye Melton, and Inez Quesinberry. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, February 23, 2018, at Rocky Ford Christian Church Cemetery by Rev. Mark Spencer. The family will receive friends at Moody Funeral Home from one hour prior to the service. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Mountain Valley Hospice, Woltz Hospice Home, Access Home Health, Commonwealth Assisted Living, and Dr. Werle and his staff for the exceptional care given to Mr. Hull during his extended illness.
