Mr. Andrew Noel Kornett

Mr. Andrew Noel Kornett, age 32, of Garner, NC, passed away Thursday, September 14, 2017. He was born on June 21, 1985 in Patrick County to Dr. Noel and Andrea Kornett of Stuart. Andrew was a 2003 graduate of Patrick County High School and also graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Cecil and Marian Stephens; and his paternal grandfather, Edward Kornett.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Susan Wood Kornett; a sister and brother-in-law, Amy and Micah Kegley; a brother and sister-in-law, Brian and Traci Kornett; one niece, Joanna Kegley; two nephews, Bryce Kornett, Calvin Kegley; and his paternal grandmother, Agnes Kornett.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Hillcrest Baptist Church with Pastor Doug Ramsey officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army Disaster Relief, P. O Box 1959, Atlanta, GA 30301.
