Mr. Barry Dail Shinault

Mr. Barry Dail Shinault, 35 of Mt. Airy, passed away on September 5, 2016. He was born on August 4, 1981 in Forsyth County to the Elizabeth Odum Midkiff and the late Clayton James Shinault. He is survived by his children, Allysa Shinault, Blake Shinault, and Brady Shinault all of Mt. Airy; his mother, Elizabeth Odum Midkiff of Mt. Airy; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Ann and Gary Cobler of Pilot Mountain and Melissa S. and Johnny Dollyhigh of Mt. Airy; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ricky and Tina Shinault of Claudville and Jason and Julie Tate of Lowgap; Granny Sharlene Quesinberry of Mt. Airy; his foster brother and sisters, Jimmie Quesinberry, Jr. of Marshville, NC, Karen Dollyhigh and Hannah Dollyhigh both of Mt. Airy; his step-father, Toby Tate of Mt. Airy; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, Mr. Shinault was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Clayton Shinault; Pa Quesinberry; his grandparents James and Ethel Shinault; his grandmother, Ethel Corine Browder McCraw; and his grandfather, Roy Joseph Odum. Funeral services will be held on Friday September 9, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Airy with Pastor Chad Harrison and Brother Gary Allen officiating with burial to follow in the Imogene Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Thursday night, September 8, 2016 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
