Mr. Barry Eugene White

Mr. Barry Eugene White, 62, of Pilot Mountain passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. He was born in Patrick County on April 7, 1955 to the late Roger White and Charlotte Marrs Morgan. Mr. White was a mechanic at R.J. Reynolds and was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his wife, Judy Boles White; a daughter, Rebecca White; a son, Jared White; grandchildren, Emma Hutchens, Chloe Hutchens, and Lydia Getgen; a sister and brother-in-law, Tina and Tommy Nichols; a brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Inge Davis; a special mother-in-law, Nellie Boles; many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. In addition to his parents, Mr. White was preceded in death by a sister, Debbie Lynn White. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 2:30 PM Simmons Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Dale Wallace and Pastor Tommy Nichols officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00 PM until time for the service at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Simmons Grove Baptist Church Men, or to Simmons Grove Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 443 Simmons Grove Ch. Rd., Pilot Mountain, NC 27041.
