Mr. Benny Robert "Bobby" Puckett, Jr

Mr. Benny Robert "Bobby" Puckett, Jr., age 72 of Stuart, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at his home. He was born in Patrick County on July 3, 1940 to the late Benny Robert "Bob" Puckett, Sr. and Bessie Goard Puckett. In addition to his parents, Mr. Puckett was preceded in death by two brothers, Leonard and Bill Puckett, and one sister, Ruby Hall. He had been a truck driver, had coached Minor League Baseball, and loved the outdoors.
Mr. Puckett is survived by his wife of 45 years, Virginia Lovell Puckett of the home; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Benny Robert Puckett, III of Jacksonville, Florida, Keith Alan and Shannon Puckett of Stuart; one granddaughter, Zoey Puckett; three brothers, John, Paul and David Puckett, all of Stuart; and two sisters, Ann Pendleton of Stuart and Ruth Clark of Bassett.
