Mr. Calvin H. Haynes

Mr. Calvin Homer Haynes, age 63 of Lone Ivy Rd., Stuart passed away Saturday morning at his home. He was born on July 8, 1945 in Patrick County to the late Charlie Marshall Haynes and Esprie Lawson Haynes. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two brothers, Maynard and Nelson Haynes. Mr. Haynes was a member of the Fairystone Fishing Club.
Surviving are his wife of 39 years, Betty Pendleton Haynes of the home; one daughter, Shani Haynes of Bassett; twin granddaughters, Savanna and Madison Stone; two sisters and brother in law, Winifred and Bob Mangrum of Stuart and Judy Isley of Stokesdale, NC.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Oct. 13, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Stuart with Rev. Gerald Melton officiating. Burial will follow in the Lawson Family Cemetery.
